UK born serial entrepreneur, Lazar Vukovic has just produced the highly acclaimed documentary \u2018Boycie in Belgrade\u2019 with his production company, Wolf Entertainment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lazar plays an active role in a number of industries including Marketing, Real Estate, Distribution, Retail and TV Production. He was born and educated in the UK, but is of Serbian heritage and is a UK and IRE Delegate to the diaspora assembly of Serbia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
And if that wasn\u2019t enough, he also founded ilovedigital.co.uk<\/a>, where he supports national business Poundstretcher with TV adverts, website developments, apps and SEO. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Lazar Vukovic, comments: \u201cWhen I was growing up, I showcased a real passion for deal making, and used to use all my lunch money to buy sweets and sell them for a profit at lunch time. I used to put together people\u2019s favourite songs on cassette tapes, and use my Father\u2019s PC to print a cover which would say something along the lines of \u2018John\u2019s mix 96\u2019 and flog them on the playground. Some may say that I was a little Del Boy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI later went on to study Accounting and Finance at University, and from the age of 21 through to 28 got involved in property development, distribution, opened a gadget shop called The Biz and a small chain of toy stores called Toy Town Stores, and put together events for Serbians in the UK. I wasn\u2019t a millionaire, so I thought I was doing something wrong. I was shortly hired as a Director of Business Development for a board games company, and grew the business from zero to a multimillion pound success in South East Europe and Russia. Five years later, and my inner voice was telling me to get my entrepreneurial spirit back – so I left the company, and went it alone. <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThis is when I founded the digital marketing company ilovedigital.co.uk<\/a>and later set up a production company, Wolf Entertainment. This is what led me to meet the iconic, John Challis aka Boycie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI saw the yellow reliant regal last year when I was driving home, so I slowed my car down to have a look but I hesitated about stopping and taking a picture with it, so I carried on driving. Whilst I was waiting for my wife and children to get in the car, I decided to turn the car around and go and get that picture. I got the picture, and two months later my sister was going to see \u2018Only Fools and Boycie\u2019 John Challis\u2019 the one man show all about his life. Her husband couldn\u2019t make it, so she extended the ticket to me. So I went, I listened, and I knew that I wanted to approach John about a documentary immediately. <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cMy Serbian heritage means that I know just how big the show was and still is in the country and to the people of Serbia, so after the show, I approached John and asked him if he would want to film a documentary with me. My Del Boy skills were put to the ultimate test, but luckily – John was chuffed and thought it was a great idea.
